Workout Buddy

How it works

Workout Buddy makes it a cinch to exercise, wherever you are! Create your custom workout in seconds and get started straightaway. Follow our simple instructions below to get started!

Choose any number of exercises from our hand-picked list. We have selected exercises that will allow you to challenge all muscle groups! If your favourite exercise is not on the list, you can also add your own custom exercises!

Once you are happy with your workout, hit "Let's Go!!" and select your difficulty setting to get started. The difficulty setting affects the duration of each exercise and rest periods.

Your workout will begin once you have selected your difficulty level. Each exericise will be displayed on the screen, while the countdown timer and sound prompts inform you stage you are at!

Important: We always recommend selecting at least 3 warm up exercises for each workout. This gets your blood pumping and reduces the risk of injury.

For beginners, we recommend adding 2-3 exercises from each section for between 8-12 exercises in total and to select the easy difficulty setting. When you feel ready for more, add more exercises or increase the difficulty!

            Hit the button below when you are ready to start your workout. You will then have 3 difficulty levels to choose from. Each difficulty level increases the amount of time you perform each exercise, and reduces the rest period between each.

            • Take it easy: 30s per exercise with 60s of rest
            • Make me sweat: 45s per exercise with 45s of rest
            • Hardcore: 60s per exercise with 30s of rest

            If you are feeling adventurous, you will be able to set your own time settings after selecting the button below. Select the custom button and enter your preferred times before starting.
